My experience with Gemma was excellent and it has made me feel so much better knowing that I have been checked over and know what I need to work on to get stronger. I would highly recommend

Hannah
A must for any new mum. I am so happy that I went to see Gemma & feel I got way more from this appointment than my 6 week postpartum check up from the GP!!
Worth every penny!

Anna
Gemma is knowledgeable and friendly and instantly puts you at ease. I feel confident with my new body to be able to return to running with her guidance and help.
